Qualifications

• Graduate from a four-year course, preferably accounting or business.

Responsibilities

• Operational management of supplier invoices with 3-way matching.
• Process employee time and entertainment expense claims per policy.
• Manage inter-company invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
• Process VAT claims for local country office.
• Prepare batches of invoices for data entry.
• Ensure compliance with CPL policies, audits, and internal controls.
• Support vendor inquiries and statements.
• Maintain accounts payable reports and files.
• Build trust with customers and team members.
• Follow additional instructions as directed.
