Job summary

TOA Global Pty is seeking a CAAS Energy Land - Owner Relations Support in Cebu or Manila, Philippines. This hybrid, full-time role requires night shift hours (9:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT) and offers a salary range of PHP 52,000–59,000.

You will provide admin and data support to North American energy advisory teams, organize land data records, manage inboxes, and maintain SharePoint archives. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years of recent, progressive office administration or corporate data support experience.
• Intermediate to advanced competency across the Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro for heavy document manipulation.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for international stakeholders and professional etiquette with collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Specialized Land Administration: organize digital mail folders, analyze workflows, and standardize file naming for land and asset data.
• Stakeholder Relations Monitoring: manage shared inboxes and draft professional responses to inquiries.
• Data Log Stewardship: lead high-volume data entry and maintain Owner Relations Logs across clients in Excel.
• Digital Archive Architecture: structure and secure digital filing across SharePoint platforms.
• Reporting & Compliance Readiness: compile monthly/quarterly/annual land reports and ensure daily timesheet submission.
• Workflow Ownership: own queue, close tasks efficiently, align onshore team on statuses.
