Job summary

TOA Global Pty in Cebu, Philippines seeks a CAAS Energy Associate to support a US-based CPA firm. You will apply GAAP knowledge, handle revenue, AP/AR, JIB, and outsourced accounting tasks under experienced guidance.

The role emphasizes Oil & Gas accounting, client engagement, and continuous training, with onsite full-time work in Cebu. Strong Excel skills and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
• Active CPA license or CPA eligibility preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting and financial analysis experience.
• Solid grounding in US GAAP and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily receipts, monthly revenue intake sheets, and inter-company reports; record non-operated Oil & Gas transactions; assist Joint Interest Billing (JIB).
• Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable; perform account reconciliations; support month-end close cycles.
• Assist external audit activities, client projects, and compliance schedules.
• Engage with global client teams to gather information and participate in ongoing training and performance goal setting.
