Job summary

TOA Global Pty is seeking a detail-driven CAAS Energy Associate to join our Client Accounting and Advisory Services team in Cebu, Philippines. The role focuses on applying foundational GAAP knowledge while advancing expertise in Oil & Gas accounting, including revenue tasks, AP/AR monitoring, JIB support, and outsourced accounting operations under experienced guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
• Active CPA license or CPA eligibility is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting and financial analysis experience.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and proficiency in Excel; willingness to learn Oil & Gas accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist energy sector accounting operations including revenue receipts and inter-company reports.
• Monitor AP/AR, track transactions, perform reconciliations and support month-end close cycles.
• Support audit activities, analytics, and client projects with adherence to schedules.
• Engage with global client teams to gather information and contribute to training and performance goals.
