Amentum seeks an experienced Power Plant Operations Supervisor for the Diego Garcia deployment. You will direct all shift operations, coordinate generation and equipment, oversee inspections, and mentor a team to maintain continuous power delivery in a demanding environment.

You will ensure safety protocols, manage emergencies, and work with site leadership to optimize performance while complying with all contractual and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of experience in power plant operations, with supervisory/senior role.
• In-depth knowledge of generator sets, switchboards, fuel systems, air compressors, radiator fans, and auxiliary systems.
• Experience coordinating power demands across multiple plants or systems in high-demand environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in routine and emergency operations.
• Strong understanding of plant safety, environmental compliance, and operational standards.

Responsabilités

• Supervising and directing all operations at the assigned power plant during the shift.
• Coordinating power demands and equipment operations between NPP and SPP.
• Monitoring generators, switchboards, fuel systems, air compressors, and related systems.
• Performing routine inspections, pre- and post-operation checks and monitoring.
