Qualifications

• Minimum two years of accounting experience, preferably in hotel management/services or hospitality-related field.
• At least one year of formal education at college/university level in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, audits, reconciliations, and financial tracking.
• Proficiency with financial management software and ability to generate financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine accounting duties, including processing financial transactions, reconciliations, and tracking expenditures.
• Manage accounting records and documentation for operational and financial activities per Navy and company protocols.
• Verify and post details of business transactions such as revenues, expenses, refunds, or other accounts-related activities.
• Collaborate with hospitality staff and management to ensure accurate financial reporting for hotel operations.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with management to resolve accounting-related issues.
• Assist in financial audits by providing accurate and up-to-date financial data and supporting documentation.
• Use financial management software to record and track data, producing reports and summaries for management review (e.g., P&L).
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
