StudyIn Makati is seeking an Education Counsellor to support consultants and prospective students aiming to study overseas. You will manage scheduling, respond to inquiries, and assist with student documentation to ensure smooth admissions.

The role requires strong organization, CRM experience, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach to help meet enrolment targets and support visa processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate consultant appointment scheduling, including contacting students for consultations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries through online channels, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
• Follow up and manage leads generated from events and exhibitions.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of weekly reports to the line manager.
• Participate actively in agent training, seminars, and updates to stay informed.
• Work towards meeting student enrolment targets, contributing to the overall goals of the country.
• Ensure timely and efficient responses to all student inquiries.
• Maintain attention to detail when managing student applications and documentation.
