• Familiar with delivery management software and VoIP/phone systems.
• Proficient with messaging tools such as WhatsApp.
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments and deliveries in real time using a delivery management platform.
• Assign delivery tasks to drivers and monitor progress throughout each shift.
• Check in with drivers to confirm deliveries are completed.
• Check incoming orders for duplicates and resolve double-order issues.
• Coordinate communication between the call center, drivers, and customers.
• Flag and troubleshoot delivery delays or issues as they arise.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of order and delivery status.
• Maintain clear, responsive communication with all parties during the shift.
