Job summary

MicroSourcing in Harton, Parañaque City is seeking an Outside Plant Engineer for an onsite night-shift role. You will develop and manage detailed project plans from design to completion, drive construction phases, and coordinate field activities to meet schedules.

Responsibilities include creating project packets, ensuring safety and quality, and leading site walks while collaborating with teams across assets. 5+ years in OSP/telecom construction is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Outside Plant (OSP) engineering or telecom construction.
• Expert knowledge of aerial and underground network assets and infrastructure planning.
• Proficiency in mapping and project documentation, including the ability to compile technical Project Packets.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to master custom engineering software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead site walkouts and manage high-volume construction schedules.

Your Role
