Job summary

Healthy Options is seeking an Outbound Warehouse Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise outbound warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping activities. This role ensures customer orders are processed accurately, safely, and delivered on time while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and RF scanning devices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Strong supervisory, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outbound order fulfillment, picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping activities.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.
• Monitor accuracy of picking, packing and shipping processes.
• Enforce safety policies and quality standards.
• Coach and develop warehouse staff and team leaders.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control and other departments to maintain stock accuracy.
• Generate outbound performance reports and track KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
