Simple is seeking an outbound virtual assistant based remotely (Philippines-based) to turn cold leads into opportunities for our US/Canada web design clients. If you’re sharp, persuasive, and thrive in a fast-paced home-office role, this is your position.

Work hours are 7:45 PM–4:00 AM PH time, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay and bonuses. You’ll handle outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups, supported by a modern tech setup and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• 1+ years of BPO/VA call-handling experience.
• Excellent verbal/written English and persuasion skills.
• Reliable internet, computer, USB headset, and night-shift availability.

Mansioni

• Make outbound cold calls to US/Canada small business owners to pitch web design services.
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups (with occasional inbound inquiries).

Description

• Company: Fast-growing US/Canada web design firm
• Location: Remote (Philippines-based) | Hours: 7:45 PM – 4:00 AM PH Time, Mon-Fri
• Compensation: Php 6,350/week + night differential (Php 7,000/week) + incentives & bonuses

Requirements

• 1+ years of call-handling experience specifically in the BPO industry/VA
• Excellent verbal/written English and persuasion skills
• Reliable internet, computer, USB headset, and night-shift availability
