Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. in Iloilo City seeks a customer relations specialist to promote goodwill and engage clients. You will conduct orientations and ensure post-delivery follow-up for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include booking service appointments via phone and email, addressing inquiries, maintaining databases, and assisting in telemarketing for promos and events. Fluency in English and Filipino is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree as listed in qualifications.
• Ability to understand KPIs as indicated by company.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes company through effective customer relations and goodwill.
• Conducts brand new release orientation to clients.
• Ensures new vehicle sales customers are contacted a week after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Procures service appointments via telephone calls and emails; ~40 outbound calls per day.
• Attends to customer inquiries and resolves concerns promptly.
• Assists branch with issues requiring assistance from manufacturers.
• Maintains databases, spreadsheets, and daily reporting.
• Submits reportorial requirements on or before deadlines.
• Assists Service Dept. in promoting and implementing service appointment system.
• Maintains accurate and efficient file of customer data.
• Assists in telemarketing for promos and events.
