Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative in Cebu, Cebu City. This onsite role involves engaging inactive customers, achieving daily call targets, and guiding conversations toward transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing inactive customers using scripts to collect feedback on the company's service.
• Convert 30 or more inactive customers daily and ensure they carry out transactions.
• Document and follow up on customer feedback.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Customer support Leads.

Qualifications

• Proven 1-2 years experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• Employees must be emotionally intelligent and professional when providing constructive performance feedback to support team members.
• Employees must have good written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Employees must possess problem-solving capabilities to create meaningful strategies to improve service quality.
• The role also requires the employee to be goal or result-oriented.
