Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to promote tree care services.
• Deliver a premium customer experience by thanking clients and introducing care services.
• Educate customers on ongoing tree/shrub care benefits to support health and value.
• Qualify interest and schedule onsite consultations with a certified technician or arborist.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and referrals in the CRM for follow-up.
• Coordinate site visits with the service team for a seamless transition from outreach to service delivery.
• Consistently meet or exceed outreach and scheduling goals.
