Job summary

Outsourced, a leading Philippines outsourcing company with modern Manila offices, is seeking a driven Sales Executive – Outbound Business Development to grow our client pipeline through targeted LinkedIn and email outreach.

You will research target accounts, connect with decision-makers, craft personalized outreach, schedule discovery calls, and qualify opportunities for our team, leveraging Shopify knowledge and agency sales experience.

Qualifications

• Outbound Sales Experience: Proven experience in outbound business development, lead generation, or sales prospecting via LinkedIn and email.
• Agency Background: Prior agency sales experience (web design, web development, digital marketing, SaaS, or e-commerce services) is strongly preferred.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar sales intelligence and outreach platforms.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, with a track record of crafting personalized, professional sales copy.
• Shopify Knowledge: Basic understanding of Shopify, Shopify Plus, and the general e-commerce ecosystem is strongly preferred.
• Execution: Strong research, organizational, and follow-up skills, with the self-motivation to consistently meet pipeline generation targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and research target accounts fitting our ideal client profile. Conduct daily outbound prospecting primarily via LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels.
• Lead Engagement: Locate and connect with key decision-makers, including founders, e-commerce directors, marketing executives, and senior stakeholders. Craft personalized outreach messages designed to spark meaningful business conversations.
• Pipeline & Tool Management: Build and manage prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other prospecting/outreach platforms. Maintain consistent follow-up sequences and keep accurate CRM records of outreach activities, conversations, and opportunities.
• Qualification & Scheduling: Qualify prospective clients based on their current e-commerce platform, business model, project requirements, and agency fit. Introduce relevant Shopify design, development, migration, optimization, and support services, and schedule discovery calls for key team members.
• Optimization & Strategy: Test, iterate, and refine messaging, target segments, and outreach strategies. Collaborate with leadership and strategy teams to identify new vertical markets and account opportunities.

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Outbound Business Development to help grow our client pipeline through targeted prospecting and outreach. In this role, your primary focus will be identifying and engaging potential clients through outbound channels, primarily LinkedIn and email.

You will research prospective businesses, connect with relevant decision-makers, initiate personalized conversations, manage follow-ups, and generate qualified opportunities for our team. This role is ideal for a proactive seller who understands how to communicate value authentically without relying on generic scripts and enjoys building a pipeline from the ground up.
