Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations with supervisory exposure.
Knowledge of receiving, delivery, loading, and inventory control processes.
Experience using ERP systems (e.g., NAV).
Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
Proficient on computer applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and transportation activities.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
Plan and oversee the timely delivery of products to customers and distribution centers.
Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Track shipments and resolve any transportation or delivery issues.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and government regulations.
Prepare logistics reports, performance metrics, and operational analyses.
Manage and train logistics staff to improve productivity and efficiency.
Optimize transportation routes and logistics processes to reduce costs.
Handle customer complaints and service issues related to logistics operations.
Maintain proper documentation for shipments, deliveries, and inventory transactions.
