Job summary

Sucere Foods Corporation is seeking an Outbound Logistics Associate to manage the creation of Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoices for all outbound deliveries. The role ensures accurate invoicing, quantities, and records, while supervising truck loading and monitoring shipments through to customer receipt.

Responsibilities

• Create Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoices for outbound deliveries.
• Oversee loading of trucks and monitor deliveries until receipt by customers.
• Prepare and transmit outbound documents (invoice, packing list, POD) for each shipment.
• Plan load routes, coordinate with 3PLs for Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao.
• Generate shipment allocations and fulfillment records in ERP.
• Update delivery monitoring with time stamps and delivery arrival details.

Job description

OVERALL MANDATES

The Outbound Logistics Associate is responsible for creating Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoices for all outbound deliveries. He/she will ensure all Finished Goods delivered have corresponding accurate invoices, quantities, and related records. He/she is also responsible for overseeing the actual loading of trucks in the loading area and monitoring deliveries up to the receipt of the Customers. He/she will work with close coordination with his/her supervisor to be able to meet customer requirements and to ensure continuous warehouse operations.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Allocation of stocks per Customer based on the available Finished Goods inventory and shipment date reflected in the Sales Order.
• In charge of Load and Route Planning of Sales orders per delivery date.
• Provide a schedule to 3rd Party Logistics Provider and secure booking of trucks and containers for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao
• Prepares a Picklist per truckload to be used by FG Custodian in preparation for outbound deliveries both for Local and Export Customers.
• In charge of stock allocation for Customer’s cross docking warehouses, preparation of packing list, Advance Shipment Notice sending, and pallet label preparation.
• Generates Shipment Allocation through Item Fulfillment.
• Generates Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoices through the ERP system.
• Preparation of Outbound Documents per truck i. e. Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipts, COA, Packing list, and Purchase Order.
• Prepare and hand over to the Delivery Personnel all the accomplished documents relative to the delivery process including the trip ticket as an attachment for the Billing.
• Update Outbound Delivery Monitoring which includes encoding of Time in and Time out of the truck in the warehouse and actual arrival date and time in the Customer.
• Oversee the Warehouse Operations during the night shift.
• Validation and transmittal of POD (Proof of deliveries) submitted by the trucker.
• In charge of shipment monitoring and coordination of delivery status to the Sales and Finance Team.
• Consolidates Visayas and Mindanao Sailing Schedule
• Prepares Daily Outbound Truck Report.
• Update Finished Goods Ageing Report and Stock Monitoring.
• Processing and Item allocation of Gift Pack Request Form at ERP system
• Prepare apicklist and process anItem Allocation of Transfer Order (TO) of theCompany Store.
