Private Advertiser is seeking a Logistics Staff in the Philippines to coordinate movement, storage, and delivery of goods, ensuring efficient and timely operations. You will work with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to manage shipments and resolve issues, while maintaining accurate invoicing and cash handling practices.

The role covers duties from printing picking tickets, receiving orders, to coordinating with 3PL providers and monitoring route plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a Graduate of a 2 - 4-year Course.
• With 1 to 2 years' work experience in the field.
• Amenable to work in Bunawan Dist. Davao City.

Responsibilities

• Print picking ticket and forward to pickers/3PL storage.
• Receive walk-in customer orders.
• Receive and verify picking ticket list with actual weight against SO.
• Fulfill sales order bill and invoice for printing.
• Prepare SOA or counter receipt if needed.
• Conduct post-transaction review.
• Evaluate daily truck requirements and prepare route plans.
• Execute full utilization of delivery trucks.
• Coordinate with AMs on delivery issues and concerns.
• Evaluate delivery truck load and cost.
• Check orders for complete loading as planned.
• Update sales on delivery status and truckload ticket.
• Coordinate with 3PL trucker and cold storage; prepare OMI.
• Coordinate with AMs for approval of returns.
• Receive and document all delivery returns on time.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Print picking ticket/email picking list and forward it to pickers/3PL storage

• Received Walk-in Customers orders

• Receives and Verify picking ticket list with actual weight against SO

• Conduct Post transaction review.

• Evaluates daily truck requirement base on sales volume and prepares route plan

• Execute full utilization of delivery trucks

• Coordinates with AM;s pertaining to delivery issues and concerns.

• Evaluates delivery truck load and cost

• Checks all orders if completely loaded as planned

• Give update to sales on delivery status & prepares truckload ticket

• Coordination with 3PL trucker and cold storage & Prepares OMI

• Coordinates with AM’s for the approval of returns

• Receives and documents all delivery returns on time

• Ensures availability of funds for operational use

• Ensures appropriate use of petty cash funds.

• Receives and deposits cash sales proceeds, dated and post-dated checks

• Update PDC check warehousing in NS

• Prepare and submits required reports on-time

• Review the daily inventory and reconcile the differences against 3PL Cold storage

• Facilitates transfer request and receiving of stocks

QUALIFICATIONS:
