Qualifications

• Completed 2 years in college with no back subjects, or SHS graduate under K-12, or HS graduate with 3+ years BPO voice experience.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification required.
• Minimum 2 years in outbound calling, sales, or customer service in financial services/retirement solutions.
• Strong consultative communication and objection handling skills.
