About the Role:

We are hiring a FINRA‑certified Specialist to proactively engage retirement plan participants through outbound calls, assess eligibility, and facilitate seamless handoffs to licensed Financial Counselors. This role requires advanced communication skills, consultative engagement, and strict compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Completed 2 years in college with no back subjects, or
• Senior High School (SHS) graduate under the K‑12 curriculum, or
• High School graduate (old curriculum) with at least 3 years of BPO voice experience
• Certification: FINRA Series 6 or 7 required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in outbound calling, sales, or customer service in financial services/retirement solutions
• Strong consultative communication and objection handling skills
• Advantage: Experience as a Participant Contact Center (PCC) frontline representative
• Advantage: Training through Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) programs
