Job summary

Sysgen RPO, Inc. is seeking an Outbound Research Agent for a 3-month project focused on UK restaurants. The role involves making a high volume of outbound calls and recording responses.

You will contact owners or managers, gather POS information, and follow client research requirements. The position is remote with a UK schedule and can start ASAP.

About the role

An Outbound Research Agent role supporting a 3-month research project focused on restaurants across the UK. The role involves making a high volume of outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Make hundreds of outbound calls to UK restaurants per day
• Contact restaurant owners, managers, or other appropriate representatives
• Introduce the purpose of the call and ask a set of research questions
• Identify and record the POS system/software currently being used by the restaurant
• Gather other relevant information based on the client's research requirements
• Make follow-up calls when required
• Meet daily call and research targets

About you

• Experience in outbound calling and telemarketing is preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and other decision‑makers
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day
• Able to ask questions clearly and gather information accurately
• Good listening and note‑taking skills
• Organized and able to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Willing to work on a UK-based schedule
