ResolutionX is seeking motivated Appointment Setters to join our Business Development team. This role focuses on outbound calling, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments for our senior sales leadership.

We provide leads, CRM, tools, and training while you bring consistency, communication, and drive to succeed. You will make outbound calls, introduce ResolutionX, and qualify prospects to book qualified appointments for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken English communication skills.
• Confident and professional on the phone.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process.
• Appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales experience is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to provided business leads.
• Introduce ResolutionX and create interest using a proven script.
• Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, and appointment statuses.
• Track daily activities and follow-up tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and occasional data enrichment activities.
