Job summary

MicroSourcing in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking an Outbound Account Specialist to engage inactive customers, drive transactions, and gather feedback. This onsite role requires 1–2 years in telesales or customer service, with strong negotiation and communication skills, plus proficiency in CRM systems and telephone platforms.

You will convert 30+ inactive customers daily, document feedback, and support the Customer Support Leads with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven 1-2 years experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• Employees must be emotionally intelligent and professional when providing constructive performance feedback to support team members.
• Employees must have good written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Employees must possess problem-solving capabilities to create meaningful strategies to improve service quality.
• The role also requires the employee to be goal or result-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing inactive customers using scripts to collect feedback on the company's service.
• Convert 30 or more inactive customers daily and ensure they carry out transactions.
• Document and follow up on customer feedback.
