Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Senior Order to Cash Analyst to handle OTC transactional tasks including customer masterdata, billing, and credit management. The role focuses on accurate order processing, invoice generation, and ensuring timely collections to meet SLAs.

You will collaborate with client teams, manage disputes, and support cash applications while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; BS Accountancy or related field beneficial.
• 1–2 years of Experience in Order to Cash (O2C) and understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience with customer masterdata, order and credit management, billing and collections preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/SalesForce) is an advantage.
• Strong MS Excel skills and financial familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders in the system.
• Verify order details (pricing, discounts, terms); ensure timely processing.
• Generate invoices and ensure delivery to customers.
• Monitor overdue invoices and support collections.
• Assist in disputes resolution and deductions processing.
• Support cash application and bank reconciliation tasks.
