Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an OT/ICS Security SME to lead security operations for industrial environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive OT security initiatives, and ensure delivery of security services while mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities include planning, monitoring, and improving OT security processes, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in OT/ICS Security.
• Knowledge of OT security frameworks (NIST SP 800-82, MITRE ATT&CK for IC).
• Familiarity with industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, PROFINET, OPC-UA).
• Experience securing ICS/OT environments and performing risk assessments.
• Hands-on with OT security monitoring and incident response tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT security operations as the team's SME.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive security initiatives and resolve complex challenges.
• Support strategic planning, operational execution, and delivery of security services.
• Mentor team members and foster continuous capability development.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, security standards, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the improvement of OT security processes, controls, and overall service quality.
