Job summary

Advanced Outsourcing and Business Services Inc. is seeking an Associate OT Security Officer to protect the organization’s OT environment in Ayala Triangle Gardens, Makati.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in ECE, EE, Computer Engineering, CS, or IT. You will monitor security controls, manage cyber risks, support incident response, and help implement OT security initiatives across critical operational environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE, EE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing OT software and network systems.
• Working knowledge of ICS, OT cybersecurity, network security, and risk management.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and NIST frameworks.
• Understanding of PLC, RTU, SCADA/DCS, and IoT environments.
• Relevant professional license/certification required; cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the organization’s OT Security roadmap.
• Coordinate the implementation of OT security standards across business units.
• Support OT security vendor management and monitor service-level agreements and quality requirements.
• Assist in cybersecurity incident response and recovery activities.
• Review, plan, and support the mitigation of security audit findings and OT security gaps.
• Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity initiatives aligned with OT security frameworks.
• Validate the implementation of security controls and projects across the OT portfolio.
• Monitor MSSPs/MDR providers’ alerts and track responses.
• Monitor OT security service requests and tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide technical support to business-unit contacts addressing security findings.
• Prepare and report cybersecurity metrics and performance dashboards.
• Support security awareness, education, and training activities.

Our client, a leading organization in the energy and power industry, is looking for an Associate OT Security Officer to support the protection and security of its operational technology (OT) environment.

In this role, you will work closely with OT security leadership and business units to monitor security controls, manage cyber risks, support incident response, and help implement OT security initiatives across critical operational environments

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the organization’s OT Security roadmap.

• Coordinate the implementation of OT security standards across business units.

• Support OT security vendor management and monitor service-level agreements and quality requirements.

• Assist in cybersecurity incident response and recovery activities.

• Review, plan, and support the mitigation of security audit findings and identified OT security gaps.

• Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity initiatives aligned with established OT security frameworks.

• Validate the implementation of required security controls and projects across the OT portfolio.

• Monitor alerts from Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) / Managed Detection and Response (MDR) providers and track corresponding business-unit responses.

• Monitor OT security service requests and tickets and ensure timely resolution based on agreed SLAs.

• Provide technical support to business-unit points of contact in addressing security assessment findings and mitigation activities.

• Prepare and report relevant cybersecurity metrics and performance dashboards.

• Support security awareness, education, and training activities.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
