Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking a skilled OT Security professional to support and deliver security managed services across client environments. You will ensure operational environments remain secure, compliant, and resilient, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive key decisions and continuous improvement in security operations.

You will lead initiatives, mentor team members, and help align security strategies with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of OT security experience.
• Knowledge of OT security frameworks, standards and compliance.
• Experience securing ICS and OT environments.
• Ability to identify, assess and mitigate OT risks.
• Excellent communication across teams.
• Willingness to work with a hybrid schedule at Cubao office.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and lead team execution to meet security objectives.
• Manage team decisions and contribute to planning.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on security initiatives.
• Provide solutions to security challenges across teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups on security strategies.
