Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an OT/ICS Security SME to lead security operations for industrial environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive OT security initiatives, and ensure delivery of security services while mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities include planning, monitoring, and improving OT security processes, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in OT/ICS Security.
• Knowledge of OT security frameworks (NIST SP 800-82, MITRE ATT&CK for IC).
• Familiarity with industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, PROFINET, OPC-UA).
• Experience securing ICS/OT environments and performing risk assessments.
• Hands-on with OT security monitoring and incident response tools.

What you'll do:

Here’s what you’ll need:

• 3-5 years of experience in OT/ICS Security.
• Strong knowledge of OT security frameworks and standards (NIST SP 800-82, MITRE ATT&CK for IC…)
• Familiarity with industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, PROFINET, and OPC-UA.
• Experience securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT environments.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks in OT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with OT security monitoring and incident response tools (e.g., Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and hybrid setup in Cubao.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with security managed services or critical infrastructure environments.
• Industry certifications related to OT/ICS cybersecurity.
