Accenture Philippines seeks an Associate Manager to lead SIEM and SOAR initiatives for global clients. You will drive delivery excellence, mentor engineering teams, and enable automation-driven security operations.

Responsibilities include designing enterprise-scale SIEM/SOAR, setting monitoring roadmaps, and guiding cloud/identity/network security integrations. Hybrid work with Cubao office, flexibility in shifting schedules.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of relevant cybersecurity experience with strong SIEM/SOAR engineering expertise.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of people management, supervisory, or team leadership experience.
• Proven experience delivering security engineering projects and client engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale SIEM and SOAR solutions.
• Define security monitoring strategies, detection roadmaps, and automation initiatives.
• Establish engineering standards, operational processes, and governance models.

• Drive automation programs that improve detection coverage, response times, and efficiency.
