Job summary

ABSI is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of Outside Plant (OSP) and Optical Distribution Network (ODN) projects in Makati, Philippines. The role includes coordinating deployment activities, tracking progress, and managing documentation for fiber network builds.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 4 years of telecom infrastructure experience, preferably in fiber deployment. Strong organizational and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 24 years experience in telecom infrastructure projects, preferably in fiber deployment or OSP networks.
• Basic understanding of ODN architecture, fiber optic networks, and outside plant infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating ODN/OSP deployment activities, including fiber cable installation.
• Support the Project Lead in tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and escalate delays or issues affecting timelines.
• Coordinate with field engineers and contractors for project execution.
• Maintain project documentation such as fiber routes and site records.
