Job summary

LifeBank Microfinance Foundation, Inc. (LBF) seeks an Organizational Performance Specialist (IMP) to consolidate and validate performance data and documents for the Ikabuhi Microfinance Program in the zone, delivering timely, factual information to management to support strategic decisions.

• Four-year degree in a business-related field (BS Business Administration or BS Psychology).
• At least 2 years of HR experience.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and validate performance data and documents for the Ikabuhi Microfinance Program in the assigned zone to provide management with factual information and reports.
• Lead PMS orientation for newly regularized staff to ensure understanding of performance systems.
• Coordinate inter-department communications regarding PMS-IMP and address staff concerns related to performance management.

Job Summary:

The Organizational Performance Specialist (OPS) is responsible for the consolidation and validation of the entire performance data and documents of Ikabuhi Microfinance Program (IMP) in the zone) to provide the management factual information and which ensures accurate and comprehensive reports. The OPS is also responsible for the Performance Management System (PMS) orientation for newly regularized/promoted staff; and coordination/ communication of all department/staff concerns with relation to PMS-IMP.

Required Qualifications:

• A graduate of any four 4-year Business related course preferably BS Business Administration or BS Psychology.
• At least 2-year experienced in HR
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
