Job summary

The position requires a 4-year degree in HRM or related field, with at least 1 year in HR, and willingness to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• A graduate of any 4-year Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related course.
• Preferably at least 1 year experience in Human Resource.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.

Job Summary:

The Core Values Specialist provides support in the planning, implementation, monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement of LBF Core Values-related activities. The position provides support in facilitating CV orientations and activities, coordinating with concerned departments, mentors and coaches, and monitoring the application and practice to ensure understanding, consistent application, and integration of LBF CV. The position is also responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential CV-related documents, preparing reports and communication materials, consolidating relevant data and feedback, and providing administrative support to ensure the timely and effective implementation of LBF CV.

Required Qualifications:

• A graduate of any 4-year Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related course
• Preferably at least 1 year experienced in Human Resource
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
