Job summary

LifeBank Microfinance Foundation is seeking a Core Values Specialist to support planning, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of CV-related activities. You will coordinate with departments, mentors, and coaches to ensure understanding and consistent application, while maintaining confidential CV documents and preparing reports.

The role includes consolidating data, feedback, and providing administrative support to ensure timely and effective CV implementation across the organization.

Qualifications

• A graduate of a 4-year Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related course.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor, document, and improve CV-related activities.
• Facilitate CV orientations and activities with departments, mentors, and coaches.
• Coordinate with concerned departments to ensure consistent CV application.
• Maintain accurate and confidential CV documents.
• Prepare reports and communication materials on CV programs.
• Consolidate relevant data and feedback to inform improvements.
• Provide administrative support to ensure timely CV implementation.

The Core Values Specialist provides support in the planning, implementation, monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement of LBF Core Values-related activities. The position provides support in facilitating CV orientations and activities, coordinating with concerned departments, mentors and coaches, and monitoring the application and practice to ensure understanding, consistent application, and integration of LBF CV. The position is also responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential CV-related documents, preparing reports and communication materials, consolidating relevant data and feedback, and providing administrative support to ensure the timetly and effective implementation of LBF CV.

Required Qualifications:

• A graduate of any 4-year Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related course
