Job summary

Advanced Energy invites an Organizational Development Specialist to design, implement, and improve OD initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and leadership capability. The role leads mid-level OD projects, facilitates development programs, and partners with HR and business leaders.

The position reports to the Senior Manager, Learning and Development; it focuses on EOS action planning, analytics, and blended learning delivery across programs to drive organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field; master’s degree or certifications in OD, coaching, or change management are an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR consulting.
  • Strong expertise in employee engagement, culture-building, change management, and leadership development, with hands-on experience in facilitating workshops and post-survey action planning.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate survey data into actionable insights; proficient in MS Office, familiarity in HR systems, survey tools, and learning platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, rollout, and continuous improvement of OD programs such as performance management, talent development, onboarding, succession planning, and culture initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines, program materials, communication plans, and post-implementation evaluations.
  • Partner with HRBPs and leaders to support adoption and execution of OD programs.
  • Develop action plans from EOS insights and track progress; identify barriers and interventions.
  • Facilitate workshops and leadership programs; adapt content to audience needs and business goals.
  • Support change management activities with communications, guides, and stakeholder updates.
  • Provide OD coaching and guidance to leaders and managers.
  • Lead or support OD-related projects with proper documentation and reporting.

Title: Organizational Development Specialist

Job Summary

The OD Specialist supports the design, implementation, and improvement of organizational development initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, leadership capability, and overall organizational effectiveness. This role leads mid‑level OD projects, facilitates development programs, drives action planning from employee survey results, and partners with HR and business leaders to implement impactful people and culture interventions.

This role will report to Senior Manager, Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organizational Development Programs
  • Support the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of OD programs such as performance management, talent development, onboarding, succession planning, and culture initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines, program materials, communication plans, and post‑implementation evaluations.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to support adoption and execution of OD programs.
  • Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) Action Planning & Analytics
  • Support leaders and HRBPs in developing effective action plans based on survey insights.
  • Track progress of action plans, identify barriers, and recommend interventions to improve engagement and organizational health.
  • Create pulse checks or simple follow‑ups (as needed) to measure progress on action items.
  • Facilitate workshops, team effectiveness sessions, and foundational leadership programs.
  • Adapt content based on audience needs and align it with business and organizational goals.
  • Support delivery of blended learning (virtual, live, and experiential) to enhance leader and employee capability.

4. Change Management Support

  • Assist in planning and executing change management activities for HR and organizational projects.
  • Prepare communication materials, leader guides, and stakeholder updates to support change readiness and adoption.
  • Help leaders manage transitions through coaching, communication support, and follow‑up.

5. Stakeholder Consultation

  • Serve as an OD resource to HRBPs and managers on culture, team development, performance improvement, and organizational challenges.
  • Recommend appropriate OD tools, interventions, and solutions to address people‑related issues.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on OD practices.

6. Process Improvement & Project Management

  • Identify improvement opportunities in OD and HR processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Lead or support OD‑related projects, ensuring alignment with broader HR strategies and timelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and consistency with OD standards.

Qualifications
