Virginia Food, Inc (VFI) in Compostela, Cebu is seeking an Organic Trucking Operations Supervisor to oversee daily trucking operations, dispatch, scheduling, and routing for organic product deliveries. The role ensures compliance with organic handling standards and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years in trucking operations, strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, and a solid academic record.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an industrial engineering or a business administration-related course.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in trucking operations.
• Requires general logistics or transport experience to support trucking operations.
• Excellent in oral and written communication.
• Good scholastic record.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, decision-making, planning, and facilitation abilities.
