Job summary

Inchcape Philippines is seeking an Analyst – OTC to join our Finance Global Business Services team. You will execute daily transaction activities in Accounts Receivable, ensure accuracy and on-time processing, and support in credit control, billing, and cash application to maintain strong customer relationships.

You will work with cross-functional teams, handle inquiries, monitor overdue accounts, and assist month-end reporting.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with accounting backgrounds are welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems.
• Analytical, problem-solving, customer-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and on time.
• Handle customer and internal queries with prompt communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor overdue accounts and support dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Finance teams to resolve issues.
• Support month-end activities and contribute to process improvements.

Our Finance Global Business Services is seeking an Analyst – OTC to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for executing daily transactional activities, ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and service levels. The role supports Subject Matter Expert and Team Leader in delivering efficient credit control, billing, cash application, and collections processes, and plays a key part in maintaining positive customer relationships.

What you’ll do

• Manage Accounts Receivable tasks – process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and on time.
• Handle customer and internal queries – ensure prompt, professional communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts – support dispute resolution and maintain proper documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – work with Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Finance teams to resolve process issues.
• Support reporting and improvements – assist in month-end activities, maintain audit readiness, and contribute to process enhancements.

About you

• Experience in Order-to-Cash or Accounts Receivable (fresh graduates with accounting backgrounds are welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
