Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an Order Support Specialist to ensure buyouts, credits, and checklist reviews are complete and compliant. You will validate CPQ and PREO records, manage queues, and coordinate with Sales and Operations to support timely order processing and funding.

Responsibilities include document generation via DocuSign, signature management, and seamless handoffs to downstream teams, while maintaining SLAs and contract integrity across pre- and post-signature steps.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with contract documentation, buyouts, credit approvals, lease requirements, and order-processing workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage request queues within defined SLAs.
• Validate CPQ and PREO records and associated documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and downstream processing teams.
• Generate documentation packets and send via DocuSign.
• handoff to post-signature processing teams to prevent delays.
