Mandaue Foam Industries Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, understand shopping needs and build long-lasting relationships. You will handle inquiries, explain products, and refer issues to the right department to ensure satisfaction.

The role involves processing orders, reviewing picking lists, and assisting with deliveries or pickups, with training provided and opportunities for career growth in a dynamic retail environment in Davao City.

Qualifications

• HS DIPLOMA or higher (with TOR)
• 6 months to 1 year work experience in retail sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Exceptional customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and Assist customers with their shopping needs
• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers
• Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases
• Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed
