• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Training or exposure to Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations, or Process Improvement is an advantage.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in order management, customer operations, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of supervisory or people management experience.
• Experience working with Sales, Customer Service, Warehousing, Logistics, or related functions.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily Order Management operations across domestic, export, and distribution claims teams, ensuring work is processed accurately and within service levels.
• Coordinate workload distribution, monitor productivity, processing quality, and support timely resolution of issues.
• Track operational performance, backlogs, exceptions, and risks, escalating concerns and recommending corrective actions.
