The Order Management Administrator is responsible for monitoring the complete order lifecycle—from order confirmation to shipment and final delivery. This role ensures every order is tracked daily, shipment statuses are updated, delays are escalated promptly, and customers and internal stakeholders receive accurate, timely information.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Order Monitoring
- Monitor all active customer orders daily.
- Review order progress from confirmation through delivery.
- Verify order accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure orders move through each stage according to service level agreements (SLAs).
Shipment Tracking
- Track shipments using courier portals, logistics systems, and shipping providers.
- Monitor estimated delivery dates and shipment milestones.
- Identify delayed, stalled, or exception shipments.
- Update shipment statuses in the company's order management system.
Exception Management
- Coordinate with logistics providers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Escalate critical shipment concerns promptly.
- Document corrective actions and resolutions.
Customer Communication
- Provide timely shipment updates to customers.
- Respond to inquiries regarding order and delivery status.
- Communicate delays professionally and manage customer expectations.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
Data & System Management
- Maintain accurate order records in the ERP, CRM, or order management system.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in:

Experience
- 2–4 years in:
