Job summary

Getdialedin is seeking an Order Management Administrator in Cebu City to oversee the full order lifecycle, from confirmation to delivery. You will ensure daily tracking, update shipment statuses, and escalate delays while keeping customers and internal teams informed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business/operations/logistics or related field.
2–4 years in order management, logistics coordination, or supply chain roles.
Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, or e-commerce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Monitor all active customer orders daily and verify progress from confirmation to delivery.
Update shipment statuses in the order management system and track SLAs.
Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to resolve issues.
Provide timely shipment updates to customers and answer order inquiries.
Maintain accurate order records in ERP/CRM systems and generate progress reports.
Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, procurement, warehouse, and finance.
