Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to ensure timely, accurate processing of customer orders from warehouse and delivery systems. The role focuses on order accuracy, efficiency, and long-term customer satisfaction.

The position collaborates with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Warehouse and Logistics to prevent delays, maintain POF data, and enhance retention through strong customer relationships and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, order fulfillment, customer service, or supply chain management, preferably in food/bakery.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Verify, monitor, and update order status and delivery dates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Logistics to prevent delays.
• Maintain data on order fulfillment performance and KPIs.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure stock readiness and replenishment.
• Provide order schedules to W/L Specialists for effective execution.
• Communicate updates and resolve issues with customers.
• Document order details and communications in the order management system.
• Suggest process improvements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
