Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for Finished Goods to oversee production planning, scheduling, and inventory using ERP systems. The role focuses on coordinating finished goods flow to meet customer needs across the manufacturing facility.

Candidate should have a background in manufacturing supply chain, with experience in MRP, scheduling, and process improvements to optimize how we plan and deliver finished goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing or a related field.
• 3-5 years working in a variety of roles in a manufacturing organization, including Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, and Commercial Sales.
• Prior experience leading scheduling/planning transformation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) results and planned orders.
• Manage Production Scheduling and coordinate with production for on-time delivery.
• Validate inventory levels vs. actuals and support production version changes as needed.
• Handle Demand Management and production flow coordination to meet customer needs.
