Job summary

RBox International Solutions Inc. is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic Operations team. You will ensure accurate processing of customer orders, coordinate with Sales and Warehousing, and keep customers informed on order status.

The ideal candidate has a college degree, experience in order processing within wholesale distribution, familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus), and strong MS Office skills. This is a night shift aligned to EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter order details into the system with correct pricing, discounts, and terms.

• Provide regular order status updates to customer service and communicate delays.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records of all order transactions and interactions.
• Generate and analyze reports related to order processing efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements to order processing procedures.

Job description

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist in our dynamic Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of customer orders. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of order fulfillment processes within the wholesale distribution industry.

This is a night shift position with a schedule of 9am EST - 6pm EST.

Responsibilities:

Order Entry and Verification

• Receive and review customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
• Enter order details into the system, ensuring adherence to pricing, discounts, and terms

Collaboration with Sales and Warehousing

• Coordinate with the Sales department to address any order-related queries or issues
• Work closely with the Warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.

Customer Communication

• Provide regular updates to customer service on the status of orders
• Proactively communicate any delays or issues that may impact delivery timelines
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to orders, collaborating with relevant departments
• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to order status or product availability.

Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate records of all order transactions and customer interactions
• Generate and analyze reports related to order processing efficiency and accuracy

Process Improvement

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of order processing procedures and systems
• Identify and recommend enhancements to streamline workflows and enhance customer satisfaction

Qualification

• College Degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in business is a plus
• Proven experience in order processing within a wholesale distribution environment
• Familiarity with ERP or order management systems. Knowledge of NetSuite is a Plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
