Position Summary

The Order Entry Clerk ensures the integrity and reliability of customer and contract master data across our core business systems. By maintaining accurate records in SAP HANA and Microsoft Dynamics, this role enables seamless order processing, reliable reporting, and efficient cross-team collaboration. The position exists to safeguard data quality while supporting the operational foundation that allows the business to serve customers effectively and scale with confidence.

Outcomes — What Success Looks Like

1. Maintain high-quality master data by ensuring 99%+ accuracy in customer and contract records across SAP HANA and Microsoft Dynamics within the first 12 months.
2. Execute timely data requests by completing customer and contract creation or update requests within established service timelines while maintaining strict adherence to data governance standards.
3. Strengthen data governance compliance by consistently applying established master data policies and standards across all order entry processes.
4. Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for master data creation and maintenance, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
5. Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline SAP order entry workflows and participating in initiatives that improve efficiency and data quality.
6. Enable cross-team collaboration by working closely with internal teams to resolve data issues and ensure accurate contract and customer information.

Role-Specific Skills

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain highly accurate data records.
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP (preferably SAP HANA) and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Understanding of master data management principles and the importance of data governance.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is considered an asset.

Location & Work Hours

This role is based in the Philippines and supports a team located in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Standard working hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, which corresponds to a night shift in the Philippines.
