Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Consumables Management Specialist to facilitate end-to-end fulfillment of consumables orders and service requests. The role handles voice and non-voice channels, ensuring accurate order placement and timely issue resolution, supporting global operations from Cebu City.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP or D365). Knowledge of Excel and stakeholder collaboration is preferred.
