CARE Philippines invites an Oracle Implementation Testing Lead to drive end-to-end testing for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Financials. Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise ERP testing with 3+ years leading Oracle Cloud tests.
• Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS or related field; QA/ERP delivery training preferred.
• Proven SIT and UAT leadership across end-to-end testing lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules, integrations, data and security.

About the Role:

The Oracle Implementation Testing Lead will drive end-to-end testing for CARE’s Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Finance implementation. This role leads the testing strategy, coordinates System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manages test execution and defects, and ensures teams, data, environments, and test scripts are deployment-ready. You’ll work closely with business, functional, technical, data, and implementation teams to ensure the solution, integrations, reports, security, and converted data meet CARE’s business needs and are ready for a successful go-live.

Strategy, Governance & Readiness

• Design and govern a robust, end-to-end strategy covering SIT, UAT, regression, remediation, and go-live readiness.

• Define clear entry/exit criteria, evidence standards, governance frameworks, and risk escalation paths.

• Align testing milestones seamlessly with stage gates, data migration schedules, integrations, and operational cutover plans.

Test Planning, Execution & Script Management

• Ensure strict 100% requirements-to-test traceability across Oracle Finance, Procurement, Inventory, banking integrations, and security workflows.

• Oversee the development of scenario-based scripts, data prerequisites, and execution schedules.

• Coordinate tester access, assign matrices (including backup support), and actively clear execution blockers to keep testing on schedule.

Defect Management & Executive Quality Control

• Establish and enforce strict defect logging, triage, severity classification, and closure standards.

• Lead cross‑functional defect triage sessions, actively monitoring defect aging, regression impacts, and critical blockers.

• Deliver real‑time executive dashboards, QA metrics, risk assessments, and data‑backed go/no‑go recommendations.

Stakeholder Empowerment & Go‑Live Sign-Off

• Serve as the central conductor uniting Shared Services, country offices, business units, Treasury, technical leads, and third‑party vendors.

• Coach, enable, and guide business testers on execution, defect reporting, and evidence capture.

• Consolidate formal sign‑offs, document residual risks, conduct post‑testing retrospective lessons learned, and present final deployment recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

• 7+ years of enterprise application/ERP testing experience, including 3+ years leading testing for Oracle Cloud or large‑scale ERP implementations.

• Formal training in software testing, QA, ERP implementation, or project delivery; Master’s degree is a plus.

• Proven experience leading SIT and UAT, including test strategies, scenarios, scripts, schedules, traceability, defect management, retesting, and sign‑off.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Financials, including integrations, converted data, reports, workflows, and security roles.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement, Inventory, Payables, Cash Management, Oracle Integration Cloud, PeopleSoft, Fides, or banking integrations is an advantage.

• Familiarity with test automation, regression testing, data reconciliation, and multi‑vendor implementations.

• Experience in nonprofit, humanitarian, international development, or complex global environments is a plus.
