Opportunity Overview
We are seeking temporary ERP Oracle Fusion UAT Analysts to support the Oracle Fusion implementation project. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, validating business processes, documenting test results, and helping ensure successful deployment across global operations. The role is critical in accelerating testing efforts and addressing current project timeline challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios for Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
Validate system functionality against business requirements and process documentation.
Identify, document, and track defects, issues, and testing results.
Collaborate with business process owners, functional teams, and project stakeholders to resolve testing issues.
Support test script preparation, execution, and evidence collection.
Participate in test status meetings and provide progress updates.
Assist in data validation and reconciliation activities during testing cycles.
Support end-user readiness activities as required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Sciene, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience with Oracle ERP, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
Experience supporting ERP testing, system implementation, or business process validation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
