Job summary

CARE Philippines invites an Oracle Implementation Testing Lead to drive end-to-end testing for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Financials. You will lead SIT/UAT, manage test execution, defects, and readiness for go-live, working with business, technical, data, and implementation teams to ensure a successful deployment.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, defining testing milestones, and delivering executive QA dashboards and sign-offs to ensure a smooth transition to production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise ERP testing with 3+ years leading Oracle Cloud tests.
• Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS or related field; QA/ERP delivery training preferred.
• Proven SIT and UAT leadership across end-to-end testing lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules, integrations, data and security.

Responsibilities

• Design SIT/UAT strategy and go-live readiness plans.
• Ensure traceability from requirements to tests for Oracle modules.
• Oversee test script development, data prep, and execution schedules.
• Lead defect triage, metrics dashboards, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and final go/no-go decisions.
