Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an Oracle HCM Tech Senior Associate to design, configure, administer, and support Oracle HCM solutions across client engagements in the region. You will analyze complex issues, manage workstreams, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with global teams.

You will focus on Oracle HCM work, translate business needs into technical designs, and contribute to delivery efforts aligned with client priorities andPwC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4–8 years of experience in related fields.
• Proficient in English – written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Oracle HCM solutions across client engagements (core HR, absence, payroll, talent).
• Analyze client requirements and translate into functional/technical designs for Oracle HCM implementations.
• Support setup, data migration, testing, and issue resolution through delivery phases.
• Create and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, ADF, and OCI integration as needed.
• Build reports and dashboards with Oracle BI Publisher for leadership reporting.
• Interpret data to identify gaps and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Guide junior team members through tasks and feedback in day-to-day delivery.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to clients and stakeholders.
